I'm pleased to announce that pelican-precompress 2.1.0 is now available!

This release is the first to guarantee that your content will be compressed after your other plugins have run. Previously, if you had a plugin that e.g. minified your content there were no guarantees that compression would occur after minification.

With pelican-precompress 2.1.0, compression is guaranteed to happen at the right time. Special thanks to Ryan Castellucci for pointing out this problem!

If you upgrade now, I'll throw in a bonus performance enhancement: when you disable all compression algorithms (say, in a development environment) pelican-precompress won't uselessly search the filesystem for files to ignore.
