I've released a beta of Sabrosus with gettext support. There are a number of things yet to do, but this first release is primarily to ensure that the gettext support currently in place is stable, and can be uploaded to SVN. It's hard to properly incorporate the new features while implementing gettext. For instance, Sabrosus now supports embedding both Google and YouTube video bookmarks!
