Beer bread

After losing and finding this recipe several times, I'm going to record it here (for lack of proper recipe software).

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • A 12 ounce beer

Bake at 400℉ for 1 hour.
