Kurt McKee

lessons learned in production

Hey there! This article was written in 2006.

It might not have aged well for any number of reasons, so keep that in mind when reading (or clicking outgoing links!).

The bungled interception

Posted 13 December 2006

Background: During my hiatus in Oklahoma, my brother Stephan consistently threw his hand in between David and my high fives. At the choir concert this evening, I saw David and Stephan - both unaware that I was in the room - about to high five, so I made a dramatic entrance by deliberately throwing my hand up to intercept just barely too late.

David : "What...Kurt! Too bad, McKee! You came all the way from Chicago for the intercept, and missed!"
Me : "Doggone it! Doggone it! Shoot. Well I've got to catch a train back. See ya."

Update: David posted a much better blog entry about the event.
