I saw one of those "rank how good you are" things that a person I know filled out. The idea is that, for every thing listed that you've done, you add another point to your score. If your score is under some number, then you're a good person.
The questions ranged from Have you done drugs? to Have you ever skipped school?. You don't actually answer the question, you just publish your score at the bottom, but this particular person saw the question Have you ever had a crush on someone of the same sex and apparently felt compelled to evangelize. Next to that question she added this:
You should kill yourself.
Good job; I sincerely believe and agree with you that homosexuality is unpardonable, and since God will send you to Hell for it anyway, you should kill yourself and give the rest of us some peace of mind. If you need convincing, just read Dennis Jernigan's testimony: he committed suicide shortly before becoming a major Christian song writer, whose songs are now a consistent part of Sunday morning worship across the nation.
Oh yes, and congratulations are in line, for her score out of 100 possible points was:
50! I'm a lil angel :-)
