I've decided to change some things in my life. Here's the list:
No more caffeine (indeed, no more soda)
Minimize sugar intake (goodbye, lunchtime donuts)
Exercise by jogging (starting tomorrow morning...brisk!)
I'm shooting for an increase in energy, among other benefits.
UPDATE - "Brisk" was an understatement; I shouldn't have picked my first jogging day to correspond with the first day in March that we're expecting to snow. I talked myself out of going jogging.
