I've not been getting nearly enough sleep recently, so my plan is to get myself on a better schedule. Last night I set my alarm for 7:00a like always, and got to sleep at probably around 11:15p. I woke up 13 hours later. Oops.
The moral of the story, of course, is that I should never go to bed before 2:00a. I've never missed any work because I've slept too long after going to bed past midnight. So at this point, this 11:00p bedtime business is batting oh-for-one.
